Private tool use

SoleStep Parcel Tracker is an internal tool for SoleStep’s authorised owner. This information site does not offer a public parcel-tracking service or customer registration.

Authorised access

Only the authorised owner may connect a mailbox or submit deliveries they are entitled to track. Google consent is requested separately, using read-only Gmail access.

Carrier information

Tracking status, delivery estimates and timelines depend on the carrier and tracking provider. Information may be incomplete, delayed or revised. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery time. A parcel status is not confirmation that inventory has been checked in or that a financial transaction has occurred.

Owner controls

The owner controls Gmail scans, parcel registration and private notifications. Revoking Gmail permission is separate from stopping tracking at a carrier provider. Questions about access, stored data or stopping the integration should be directed to SoleStep.
